Your order includes either standard USPS First Class shipping or USPS Priority shipping, depending upon the selection you made when ordering.
How quickly you receive your order depends on the shipping method selected plus our processing time. Currently, all orders take up to 3 business days to process.
USPS First Class shipping typically takes 5-7 business days once shipped.
USPS Priority Mail shipping typically takes 3-4 business days once shipped.
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
These are not guaranteed delivery times. Please contact us if you would like expedited shipping options with guaranteed delivery time frames.
Tracking Your Order
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email, we will include a tracking number with a link to track your order on the USPS website.
We use shipping methods that do not require a signature, unless by your request (additional fees may apply). It is up to the discretion of the driver as to whether or not it is safe to leave the package if no one is there to receive it. If the driver deems it unsafe, they may attempt delivery again the next day. There are also times when a notice is left asking the recipient to retrieve the package from their main station. We highly recommend tracking your package online once it has shipped so that you are aware of its status.
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When this happens, we may not automatically issue a refund. If you do not receive your package within the stated timeframe for the shippingmethod you chose, or your tracking number shows that the package is being sent back to us, please contact us as soon as possible. As noted in our return policy, all undeliverable or refused packages may be subject to a fee. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to receive your item(s), you will have to place a new order.
Shipping Delays Due To External Causes
Occasionally, delivery of packages are delayed due to external causes. These external cause may include weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other situations that are outside of our control. Unfortunately, because we are unable to predict or control these causes, we are unable to prevent them or offer shipping reimbursements when they occur.
Shipping Delays Due To Fraud Alerts
Occasionally, orders are flagged as potential fraud orders. When this happens, you will receive an email from us asking you to contact us and verify additional information. Please note that the longer it takes for you to reply to this request, the longer the delay in processing and shipping out your order. Therefore, in these cases, guaranteed delivery dates are no longer valid. If you need the item by a certain date, you are welcome to upgrade your shipping and pay the additional shipping fee.
Shipping Delays Due To Holidays
Occasionally, we will be closed for a holiday, or shipping may be delayed due to the closure of shipping facilities for postal holidays, etc.. Our shipping estimates do not account for these closures, so customers must add 2-3 days to all guaranteed delivery dates. If you are concerned about receiving your order on time, we recommend upgrading your shipping method. See below for a list of shipping holidays. Please note that this list is not exclusive.
