Return Policy
No mask/masks will be accepted for return unless a return authorization number is requested within 3 days after tracking shows your mask was delivered to your ship-to address. This rule is in place so we can avoid purchases made for a specific event, worn, and then later returned (which opens up hygiene safety issues, and would also quickly put a small company like us out of business and thus deprive you of being able to enjoy our awesome masks :)
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR PURCHASES MADE OCTOBER 1 through NOVEMBER 10.
In the event of a return, the following will apply:
*If it is no longer in the EXACT same condition that it arrived to you, it will not be eligible for a refund. Clear poly bag must be sealed with ORIGINAL SEAL (these clear poly bags are not resealable with original seal, once opened), and all tags/labels must remain attached to item (which will still be sealed in the bag so, that shouldn't really be an issue...).
*There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. We require that you pay to ship the item back to us, and any shipping fees originally paid on your order are non-refundable (including any free shipping, which will be calculated based on the actual shipping cost paid to ship the item to you). Merchandise cost, less 20% restocking fee and amount paid to ship item to you = your refund.

Return process steps (Nov.10 to Oct.1):
*Contact us via contact form below, within 3 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking info.
*We will then provide you with a return address and return authorization #.
*Return the item to us.
*Merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, not soiled, damaged, or used in any way. (Since it needs to be still sealed in it's original clear poly bag, to be eligible for return, this shouldn't really be an issue.)
*Packing slips must accompany all returned merchandise.
*Most returns are processed within a week from the day that we get it back. We will send you an email confirmation when a refund is issued.
We recommend that you send the package back to us with a tracking reference number. Maskelle LLC is not responsible for missing packages. Maskelle LLC reserves the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
